Food in the Arab culture is cosidered one of life’s most enjoyed delieghts. We enjoy food and spices in all of its shapes and colours and that is why you can find all sorts of local traditional dishes in Amman Alongside with the American, Armenian, Brazilian, British, Chinese, French, Greek, Indian, Italian, Japanese, Mexican, Spanish, and Thai restaurants.

When in Jordan make sure to try our Famous Falafel (vegetarian Food) and Mansef. Falafel is basically fried Hommos with oriental spices. As for the Mansef, it is a traditional Bedouin dish, consists of Arabic rice, a rich broth made from dry sour milk (Jamid), and either lamb or chicken that has been seasoned with aromatic herbs. Large trays are covered with yogurt-infused flat Arabic bread and layers of rice; upon which meat is piled on, sprinkled with pine kernels and almonds.

As for dessert we will leave it to you to explore and enjoy its richness but never miss a good dish of Kunafa whenever it is offered!
